The HR Portal is a platform that allows for simple and quick access to services, data and information related to the management of personnel. Process is a platform for integrated work flows that allows for the management of all information communications between personnel and the HR department thereby shortening the time to communicate them and the costs of processing communications and managing data. Specifically, personnel can completely manage all the phases of a request and approvals for leave, permissions and exceptional circumstances, eliminating paperwork and reducing the time required for approval of requests. It also enables personnel to verify their data in real time (stamps, remaining leave allowance, permissions) and permits the manager to see all the information relevant to his personnel.

A single integrated registry, a powerful pay engine, over 100 CCNL managed, regulatory updates, all law-mandated reporting, control and support reports, management of all post-payroll steps. Through the use of standard processes and the workflow engine, it is possible to automate all the main administrative processes; automatically generate letters and documents; manage schedules; alerts and messages via email; and archive documents and reports.

ATTENDANCE, TRAVEL AND EXPENSES

With the Attendance module, it is possible to manage Presence/Absence modules for schedules and rosters, and personalised calendars. With the Expenses module, it is possible to manage missions, transfers and expenses with personalised workflow authorisation. All the modules are integrated. The Self Service mode allows a single employee to input data and managers to approve authorisation requests in advance. The holiday planning module, which is integrated within the final package, allows the firm to define company policy through setting consumption targets, collecting and consolidating holiday plans.

PERSONNEL BUDGET

Planning personnel costs, analysing discrepancies and the forecase are the principle processes supporting by the ADP budget. The main features of this module include supporting top-down and bottom-up processes; decentralised budgets; multiple scenarios; comparing hypotheses; and integrations with the payroll. The user has the option to define the 'scenarios' and 'hypotheses' to be used during budget calculations. The system is set up to be able to operate for single personal data or for average figures (homogeneous aggregates of employees with the same characteristics).
