LABOUR CONSULTANT
Thanks to the cooperation of BPP BPO's experienced Labor Consultants, BPO is able to competently assist the Client in all employer's obligations towards the employee, Social Security, Welfare and Trade Union Organizations.
The assistance of a Labour Consultant incorporates:
- Consultancy with regard to applying and interpreting the CCNL applies;
- Management of insurance positions with Social Security and Insurance Companies;
- Effecting administration and legal obligations for starting work relationships with the drafting of employment contracts;
- Fulfilment of the start-up, variation and termination of relations with complementary pension funds and/or medical funds;
- Compilation and submission to the competent bodies of the model provided for by law; 68/1999 on mandatory placement;
